These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Find My Tech app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
By accessing or using Find My Tech, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.
The app creates an anonymous account tied to your device so you can use its features. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your device and account.
Technicians may upload content such as names, descriptions, and photos ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the app for the purpose of operating the service. You represent that you have the rights to the content you upload and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, defamatory, fraudulent, or that impersonates others. Every user can report objectionable content and block abusive users directly in the app. We review reports of objectionable content and abusive users and will act on them — including removing content and ejecting the responsible users — within 24 hours. By using the app you agree there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
You agree not to: violate any law; post false, misleading, or infringing content; harass or harm other users; attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours; scrape or misuse the service; or interfere with the app's operation or security.
Find My Tech is a discovery directory that helps clients find technicians. We are not a party to any arrangement, booking, payment, or service between a client and a technician. We do not employ, endorse, verify, or guarantee any technician or the quality or safety of their services. Any interaction or transaction you arrange is solely between you and the technician.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Find My Tech and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — the app, including any dealings with technicians or clients.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Find My Tech from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your User Content, your use of the app, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we consider harmful to other users or the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
